This program is designed to
purchase, develop, and/or redevelop residential and commercial property to
achieve above average investment returns. Developments will consist of
multiple phases ranging from land development (including subdividing and
site work) through construction of the actual buildings.

Hard Equity Lending
Program (Click
for full description)
This program is designed to lend
funds to investors, developers, and homeowners for the renovation,
construction, development, and refinance of residential and commercial
properties which yield above average annual interest payments.
Funds will be filtered through a
State, Federal, and HUD (Housing and Urban Development) accredited mortgage
lender in order to comply with current lender laws.
